Up to £33,000 plus company car

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Estates Surveyor to join a growing corporate who have a strong acquisition plan for their UK business. Supporting the Property team, the appointed Estates Surveyor will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Support the Estates Manager and Property Acquisitions Manager across all property matters within the business, covering retail, warehouse and office premises
  • Undertake Acquisitions, Lease Renewals and Rent reviews across the portfolio
  • Support the acquisitions strategy planning with location reports, including demographic information
  • Manage the portfolio on a day to day basis, which will including handling data management, site inspections and invoice approval
  • Participate in weekly property meetings with senior board members
  • Assist with the presentation of property submissions to the board
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders

Candidate's must be able to demonstrate the following attributes:

  • A property related degree and RICS membership
  • Knowledge of the key issues and processes relating to property management and a detailed knowledge of Landlord and Tenant issues and case law
  • Retail business knowledge/background desirable but not essential
  • Proven track record in managing of transactions
  • Good presentation skills, both written and oral
  • Outgoing and personable with a desire to network
  • Be prepared to travel throughout the UK
  • UK Driving license
