A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a People and Talent Manager to join this property company and become an integrated part of their team. This is truly a operational generalist role and will be involved in employee relations, TUPE, legal compliance and creating a great people culture.
Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Supporting the HR team in delivering a first-class service to the stakeholders across the business whilst working within a team who is passionate about delivering results through our people.
- Providing effective HR guidance and support
- Managing TUPE process
- Providing management reports to the Executive Management Board
- CIPD Qualification - Level 7 would be ideal although not essential
- TUPE experience
- Solid knowledge of people processes and current legislation
- Experience coaching
- Adaptable interpersonal and influencing skills
