A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a People and Talent Manager to join this property company and become an integrated part of their team. This is truly a operational generalist role and will be involved in employee relations, TUPE, legal compliance and creating a great people culture.

Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Supporting the HR team in delivering a first-class service to the stakeholders across the business whilst working within a team who is passionate about delivering results through our people.
  • Providing effective HR guidance and support
  • Managing TUPE process
  • Providing management reports to the Executive Management Board

Key Requirements

  • CIPD Qualification - Level 7 would be ideal although not essential
  • TUPE experience
  • Solid knowledge of people processes and current legislation
  • Experience coaching
  • Adaptable interpersonal and influencing skills
