Job Description:

  • Recruitment of manpower
  • Performance appraisal, job grading and salary bench marking
  • Establish and update HR SOP. training and implementation of new Ramco HRMS
  • Management of staff portal and LMS
  • Manpower planning and analysis, staff engagement, staff on boarding and administration
  • Administering staff benefit and entitlement claims
  • Handling of employee enquiries and welfare matters
  • Lead the HR Team for the full spectrum of the HR function (eg. Recruitment, Compensation & Benefit, Employee Relations and Payroll related matters)
  • Provide strategic HR advise to the Management
  • To contribute to staff development, career progression and direction of the organisation

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree Holder
  • At least 5 years of relevant working experience in a HR Team
  • Proven track record of HR leadership including HR strategy development, talent management, talent acquisition, performance management, leadership development, total rewards, workforce engagement etc.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
  • Strong sense of urgency and ownership with strong business acumen and business partnering skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytic skills with high level of business ethics and integrity
