Business Support Officer - 12 month fixed term contract

£20,000 - £25,000


My client, a charitable housing association, is looking for an experienced administrator to join their busy team on a 12-month fixed term contract. This role will be key in supporting their housing and case managers run the busy portfolio.

It's an exciting time to join this expanding association, and your hard work will be rewarded with an attractive salary, health care and bonus structure.


  • Drafting and sending letters
  • Arranging access
  • Completing legal paperwork
  • Organising 'new let' packs and tenancy agreements
  • Taking minutes and following up on action points
  • Coordinating training for existing members of staff and new starts
  • Looking for process improvements
  • Run reports, track documents and general administrative duties around the portfolio

The ideal candidate

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent client and customer service skills
  • Ability to work at pace
  • A willingness to learn
