Our client is a leading design, engineering and landscape architecture consultancy with offices throughout London, providing a range of services including traffic engineering, parking, transport planning & modelling, urban design / public realm, flood risk management and structural engineering.

About the role:

  • Designing and delivering a range of traffic, highways and public realm improvement schemes
  • Ensuring the works delivered on site are to a high standard and within budget
  • Respond to client and customer enquiries taking messages, when necessary and ensuring that their needs are met
  • Ensure all project files are up to date and comply with the QMS system
  • Work closely with team members and other stakeholders
  • Assist in report writing

About You:

  • Relevant degree or equivalent
  • Design experience within collision analysis, healthy streets assessments, understanding of cycle level of service, junction design & analysis, modelling experience or at least an understanding, walking & cycling, public transport design and sustainable travel
  • Experience or understanding of Linsig, Vissum, Arcady, Transyt
  • Comprehensive understanding of traffic technology / engineering systems and methods of control and a proven track record in signal design / control and delivery
  • Good understanding of traffic and highway legislation
