Day Rate: 400 - 500 per day (LTD)

An Interface Manager is required for a significant infrastructure project in London. This is a client-side role and will find you supporting a wider programme and project management team across the full life cycle delivery of a strategic, challenging and highly complex project.

As Interface Manager you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the construction process from design development stage through to final construction, commissioning, testing and hand over.

You will also assist in evaluating and determining appropriate construction delivery methods ensuring that completion is secured via a cost-effective plan and schedule.

Other responsibilities will include:
-Ensure that appropriate stakeholder relationships are developed to enhance collaborative working
-Relationships are regularly monitored and assessed for effectiveness
-Development and management of an effective Stakeholder Engagement Plan for the Client, key Stakeholders and supply chain representatives
-Establish and maintain Interface Agreements with all Interfacing Organisations
-Ensure regular liaison meetings are held with Interfacing Organisations, in-line with Interface Agreements and the Stakeholder Engagement Plan
-Ensure regular relationship meetings are held with senior and key stakeholders within the Customer, in-line with the Stakeholder Engagement Plan and contractual requirements
-Organise Collaboration Forums, agree agendas and objectives
-Promotion and pursuit of Continuous Improvement and Innovation in all activities undertaken

To be considered for this role, it is anticipated that you will:
-Be educated to degree level in a relevant subject matter, either Management or Technical
-Hold demonstrable experience of working as an Interface Manager on complex major project or programme in the Construction or Civil Engineering environment
-Knowledge of stakeholder management, including but not limited to technical stakeholders
-Experience of coordinating and working with multidisciplinary teams
-Experience of communicating / negotiating across a diverse range of relationships
-Experience of working in Brownfield and Urban environments
