A rare and exciting opportunity has become available within one of the UK's leading property consultancy firms to join their Relocation Services division as a Business Change & Transformation Manager.

Our Client, one of the market leaders in Relocation Services, is looking for a Business Change & Transformation Manager to step up into a crucial role to modernise the business and help deliver an ambitious growth plan. Reporting directly into the National Relocation Director, this business unit is well known for its operational excellence and service delivery, while also diversifying with new products and services into adjacent markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for managing the delivery of all business change, innovation, efficiency and effectiveness across the business division.
  • You will be required to develop and implement innovative and effective business change. This includes improving existing products, creating greater efficiencies and designing & implementing new services.
  • An integral part of the role will involve managing the review and re-engineering of business and system processes; modernising the business and improving the effectiveness of the service provided to clients and customers.
  • Become a subject matter expert (SME) and drive a small business delivery team, made up of primarily business users.
  • Manage working relationships with key business stakeholders and possess the ability to communicate and manage internal & external stakeholders at all levels.

Key Person Specifications:

  • The successful candidate will have a demonstrable experience working with a variety of change methodologies and practical delivery processes.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong operational experience and a deep understanding of operational and change risk management.
  • You will hold a distinct advantage if you possess experience in Lean Management or Six Sigma.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and digital transformation.
