We are currently assisting our client, a global real estate developer, to look for a Sales & Marketing Manager (Residential).
Roles & Responsibilities:
Assist the Assistant General Manager, Sales & Marketing to develop sales & marketing strategies, formulate pricing strategies and execute plans and activities, manage budgets, oversee implementation of sales and marketing activities in line with product branding and offerings
Seek to achieve Sales and Marketing financial objectives such as sales revenue and gross development value within targeted timeline and planned budget
Keep abreast of market developments and opportunities by identifying consumer requirements, competitors' strengths and weaknesses
Manage appointed vendors such as marketing, creative and media agencies to ensure contracted deliverables are achieved on a timely manner
Manage expenditure within approved budget while achieving optimal quality within targeted timeline
Supervise and maintain orderly sales logistics and oversee sales gallery operations.
Ensure smooth work relations with government authorities, solicitors, vendors and Project department
Be familiar with government regulations and COH requirements and ensure compliance
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Marketing / Real Estate
At least 7 years of experience in Residnetial Marketing with a Real Estate Developer
Good communication skills in English and Mandarin
Willingness to work odd Saturday/Sunday for roadshows and event
