Project Manager / Senior Project Manager

The client is a renowned regional A1 main contractor. They are looking for an experienced Project Manager/Senior Project Manager to focus on the construction of industrial projects.

They will oversee a wide scope of Project Management duties, including:

• Quality Assurance/Health & Safety
• Operations
• Finance
• Business Development
• Project Management Personnel
• Meetings
• Project Authority

The Key Responsibilities of the Project Manager:

• To review design drawings for engineering and constructability considerations
• Ensure compliance with the cost report submission timelines
• Coordinate and verify subcontractor proposals for assigned projects
• Negotiate regarding subcontractor deductions for non-compliance and breaches
• Administer Project Management resources to oversee various matters for assigned projects

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering/Project Management/Construction/Architecture or a related field of study
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably managing industrial projects
• Knowledge of construction, engineering, procurement and related industry standards
