The individual will manage the payroll team and the scope of work will broadly cover the following areas:
Manage payroll outsourced vendor including assisting with internal and external audit reviews.
Responsible for full spectrum of payroll activities such as payroll reconciliation, reporting and analytics.
Responsible for the maintenance and data keeping of employee information in SAP ECC and Time Management System.
Provide support to all payroll related Human Resource Information System such as the SAP ECC and Time Management System.
Manage and be responsible for all data analytics and budget provisions.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree
Minimum 10 years of specialist experience in payroll and HRIS
Candidates with Diploma qualification; and at least 15 years of Payroll and Vendor management exposure may also be considered
Prior HR experience in vendor management
Prior experience in managing payrolling processes for at least 800 headcount
Possess SAP payroll related software experience and functional knowledge of HR practices and processes
Possess strong analytical ability and a good understanding of the Singapore Employment Act.
