We are looking to bring on board an IT Support Engineer in the Singapore office.
This role will report to the IT Service Delivery and Operations Manager. You will act as a technical expert, providing IT support and maintenance to all business groups and advising around Unified Communications within the Group IT team. Additionally, you will get involved in developing network and communication strategies and assessing the need for new technologies in the firm to ensure excellent end user experience. You will be enthusiastic in reviewing and streamlining processes to continuously improve quality in the team.
To be successful, you will have at least 2-3 years' experience at Level 1 and 2 helpdesk and desktop services. You will have previous knowledge of Office 365 and be comfortable leading video conferencing support. Experience focused on improving processes and initiatives in an end user environment would be beneficial. You will have strong technical competence, excellent customer service skills and be comfortable working autonomously at required times.
