Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Lead the annual fundraising planning process including building pipeline, recommending funds target closing and deadline

  • In cooperation with the managing partners lead the development of any long-term strategy to achieve agreed long term organisational goal

  • Network with investors including institutional funds, HNWIs, family-office, etc

  • Ensure LP needs are met on a daily basis by monitoring the client inbox and promptly responding to LP inquiries, including: contact updates, accounting and tax inquiries, meeting requests and recurring certifications / questionnaires. Raise issues to senior leaders, as necessary. Enhance and track standard responses to FAQs

  • Maintain LP data in the CRM, make sure information is accurate and all engagement activities are captured

  • LP Onboarding, review subscription documents for completion and accuracy, coordinate with both internal and external parties to work through any issues, capture new LP information in the CRM, etc.

  • Investor meeting coordination, oversee meeting prep process, including scheduling as well as the generation and review of materials (reports, agendas, bios, and any additional briefing documentation)

  • Provide oversight to quarterly and annual LP reporting to ensure timeliness and quality while driving enhancements, as appropriate

Skills and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree with preference for economics, finance, business administration, accounting, or marketing

  • 8+ years of relevant work experience at an investment advisor, venture capital or private equity firm, fundraising organization, investment bank or similar organization

  • Tech savvy, with a high-level proficiency with CRM platforms as well as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, etc.

  • Excellent written and grammar skills are a must, along with strong verbal communication skills

  • Attention to detail with high degree of accuracy

  • Exceptional planning ability and organization skills, with an ability to multi-task

  • Knowledge of venture capital / private equity industry fundamentals or ability to very quickly learn

  • Ability to process and use industry data

  • Team player who is also self-motivated with the capability to work independently
