General Manager

Cobalt is working with an international manufacturer of architectural facades, specialising in aluminium and glass. They are looking for a GM/AGM to manage the business operations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise the whole construction management activities related to the business operations relating to projects from sales, tenders, designing, production and QA/QC.

• Ensure order deadlines are made, and the company's production standards are maintained.

• Create business plans, targets and overall business objectives.

• Do strategic planning for the entire company.

• Monitor the quantity and quality of products made.

• Provide technical expertise in projects and business.

• Manage the decision-making process.

Requirements:

• Construction related degree from a reputable university, preferably recognised by BCA and PEB.

• Minimum 5 years in a top management role in construction and architectural facades.

• Strong background in managing multi-division businesses.

• Experience managing multinational and multi-discipline teams.

• Analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong leadership qualities.
