Finance Manager-Top tier VC Fund, 6 months maternity cover

My client is top tier SEA focus Venture capital fund. They have an urgent need to hire Finance Manager on 6 months contract.

Responsibilities

• You will manager end to end Finance functions and oversee tax reporting, compliance of the firm and related funds
• Be the single point of contact for fund administratora and review calculations of closings, capital call, waterfall models.
• Calculate management fee reporting, IRR and carried interests
• Liaise with custodians, auditors, tax advisers, lawyers and MAS
• Be involved in cash management, GST returns, IRAS and so on.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree with at least 5 years of fund accounting experience in similar set up or fund administrator
• Experience in private equity. venture capital clients is essential
• Strong technical and communication skills
