The client is a local A1 main contractor. They are looking for an experienced BIM professional to join them as a BIM Lead.

Job Description:

  • Modelling and coordination works (architectural, structural, MEP)
  • Handle site queries (e.g technical, legislation)
  • Conduct VDC
  • Responsible for all the site BIM Activities
  • Lead the BIM Modellers in their scope of works aligned with site activities

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in BIM
  • Competent in modelling software (e.g Autodesk Revit)
  • Experienced in residential/institutional/industrial projects
  • Preferably with relevant experience in CW01 A1 Main Contractor (>$85M)
