Cobalt is working with a multinational company in the e-commerce business. They are looking for an Assistant Project Manager / Project Manager to join their Corporate Real Estate team.
The Corporate Real Estate team is responsible for planning and managing the company's facilities globally. As part of the team, you will be involved in office improvement projects, and manage space planning within the facilities to create maximum efficiency and anticipate projects in time to come.
Lead, plan and oversee all facilities (mainly corporate offices) projects in the region from planning to final completion
Coordinate with internal HR team to prepare the space requirement
Actively source for new and available office space to support business growth
Liaise with developers and landlords on tenancy agreements
Negotiate contracts to optimize delivery and cost savings
Prepare tender specification and documentation for renovation projects
Prepare costing reports for management's approval and manage budget accordingly to maximize cost-effectiveness
Manage contractor and vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery of the project and excellent quality of work done
A degree from a well-regarded university with at least 3-5 years of managing end to end corporate office fit-out projects (project management related degree will be an added advantage)
Experience in leading and managing multiple projects within tight timelines
Able to work independently with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Willing to travel
Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail
