Assistant Manager/ Supervisor- PE Fund Accountant

My client is a global fund administration with strong presence in Singapore. Due to expansion there is now a need to hire Assistant Manager/ Supervisor, PE fund accountant in the team.

Reporting to the Associate Director, you will be responsible to manager 2-3 fund accountants.

Responsibilities:

• Be responsible to review capital calls, distribution calculations .

• Prepare and review quarterly and annually financial reports

• Coordinate for Investor Reportingand work quickly on client queries

• Prepare management fee calculations and supporting schedules and capital account statements

• Calculate and review SPVs, management fees

• Be point of contact for the external and internal auditors during year-end reporting

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in accounting with at least 5 yearsof experience in similar role or an asset manager auditor

• Hands on exposure working with private equity clients

• Ability to multitask and deliver on time

• Excellent communication skills

• Meticulous, organised and detailed oriented
