Or Cobalt’s market-leading Construction & Engineering Team, which is led by two experienced mechanical engineers who graduated from NUS and the University of Melbourne before accumulating a combined 16 years of engineering experience on their way to becoming the spearhead into our most technical discipline.
Across in the Real Estate Team the story is much the same. With the Singaporean members of the team both possessing bachelor degrees in real estate from NUS followed by professional experience, including time at CBRE, that ensures they are truly passionate about their sector.
Meanwhile, in Financial Services, Cobalt’s front office investment focused team is also awash with real professional expertise. Including a consultant who began his career by spending over 3 years in transaction services at PWC and a Chinese private equity focused specialist who boasts a Masters in Real Estate Finance, the CFA qualification and 2 years’ experience working for Savills as an analyst on Chinese retail developments and investments.
Of course Cobalt’s Singapore office also contains those who have spent all or the bulk of their careers in recruitment, and it is actually led by a former policeman! However, by combining relevant professional experience with real recruitment expertise, Cobalt’s offering is really unique.
